Chris Connor is on a mission to cycle to all 92 league football stadiums across England—a challenge that pushes both physical limits and carries a powerful message in memory of his nephew, Peter, With each mile, he’s raising awareness and funds for RoadPeace, the national charity supporting people affected by road crashes.
Now past the halfway point, Norwich City marked stadium number 73 out of 92 for Chris. He’s pedalled his way from Shrewsbury Town to Norwich, stopping at iconic grounds including Liverpool, Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium, Leeds United, and Sheffield Wednesday’s Hillsborough. So far, he has raised an impressive £1,805 for the cause.
Every turn of the pedals supports RoadPeace’s work helping those whose lives have been changed by road crashes.

Chris Connor – what an amazing effort! I think of the distance, think of the heat and discomfort and then I think of the level of commitment and dedication to envisage a challenge such as this, and the good-hearted generosity to then get going and do so in support of RoadPeace. We are only able to work, in our support for victims and survivors of road crash and effecting change, because of people such as Chris. Every day people do large and small things to support us and each other – Chris decided to go large and we thank him for it.”— Howard Jones, CEO of RoadPeace
Chris still has a long road ahead, with grounds like Arsenal, Chelsea, West Ham, and Luton Town still to come. But with half the country behind him and donations starting to roll in, he’s more determined than ever.
Stay tuned for updates as Chris continues his powerful journey, honouring lives affected by road crashes and inspiring action through every mile.
