World Day of Remembrance (WDR) The WDR for Road Traffic Victims is a globally recognised day, which always falls on the third Sunday of November. The day was introduced to remember the millions killed on the roads around theworld, and to allow the bereaved to join together to reflect and talk of the lives of those they missand will always love.
