Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustess of RoadPeace comprises seven trustees, of whom four are bereaved parents. Brigitte Chaudhry, RoadPeace Founder and President, is also a Board Member. The Board meets at least four times a year to discuss governance issues including policy, major decisions, and risk. Trustees are in regular contact between meetings.
Members' involvement
All RoadPeace Members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting which is held every summer.
Executive Director
Amy Aeron-Thomas, Executive Director, reports directly to the Board and attends all Board meetings. She is the line manager of all members of office staff and takes responsibility for developing and delivering the strategy and core operations of RoadPeace. Amy is supported by a number of the Trustees for certain administrative matters.

RoadPeace is governed by its Memorandum and Articles of Association, as held at Companies House. As a registered Charity, RoadPeace is subject to the rules and regulation of the Charity Commission. View RoadPeace accounts and information on Charity Commisison website
