RoadPeace Conference 'Improving the response to road death and injury' 7 April 2008
RoadPeace's conference 'Improving the response to road death and injury', was a great success with over 160 attendees, including solicitors, police, coroners and members.
The conference was divided into four sessions:
- Improvements in collision investigation and inquests, chaired by Bob Russell
- Prosecutions following road death, chaired by Bob Russell
- Civil compensation and strict liability panel discussion, chaired by Colin Ettinger of Irwin Mitchell, Senior Fellow of APIL
- Reducing secondary victimisation of crash victims, chaired by Colin Ettinger, Irwin MitchellThe conference flyer, programme and presentations for each session can be downloaded here.
