The consultation on the Victims’ Code of Practice closes at midnight tonight.

It’s a real opportunity to improve the way that crash victims are treated by the justice system. If the Ministry of Justice accepts our response, it will mean:

• victims receive more support
• victims receive more information
• victims have more rights
• victims will get a better quality investigation
