Other services are being organised by our friends at Road Victims Trust and SCARD, local authorities and police areas including Lancashire, Thames Valley and Warwickshire. Many places of worship are also organising services.

Remembering Lives Lost and Injured on our roads in Warwickshire – St Marys Church, Warwick, CV34 4RA – 3.00pm service, church open from 2.30pm for silent reflection (contact: Fay Wileman, faywileman@warwickshire.gov.uk)

Hull Road Victim’s Memorial Service – St Mary’s, Lowgate, Hull, HU1 1EJ – 2.30pm (contact: roadsafety@hullcc.gov.uk – 01482 614878)

Names of crash victims will be read out at St Mary’s Church, Westham, as part of the usual Sunday service – 9.45am (contact: Gill Powell kimgilee@talktalk.net)

Memorial Candle will be lit during Choral Evensong on Friday the 18th of November at Carlisle Cathedral – 7 Abbey St, Carlisle CA3 8TZ – 5.45pm (contact: canonmissioner@carlislecathedral.org.uk)
