RoadPeace is running our third Resilience Building Programme of the year online for the North Yorkshire area, starting on Tuesday 7th June. The programme offers trauma support through professional therapists for individuals and families who have been bereaved by road deaths. It provides tools for understanding reactions to loss – stress, distress, anxiety and panic attacks – and gently and compassionately gives an insight into how the body and mind can react and how to cope with this. It also provides a safe space to meet with others bereaved by road crashes. The programme runs for 8 weekly sessions every Tuesday 6 – 8pm via zoom and is free of charge.
Please contact Vicky Mitchinson for further details or if you would like to join on 020 3375 9474 or email Victoria.mitchinson@roadpeace.org
