Kim Leadbeater MP Advocates for Graduated Driving Licensing in Parliament
Kim Leadbeater MP successfully introduced her ‘Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (New Drivers) Bill’ in Parliament under the Ten Minute Rule on Wednesday (May 7, 2024). The bill, which aims to reduce young driver collisions on UK roads, was unopposed and will be presented in full for further debate and analysis in the House of Commons on May 17, 2024.
