Inspector Rodney Kenny has set off on a huge challenge in aid of RoadPeace; cycling from Lands End to John O’Groats, over 1800km in two weeks, to raise awareness of lives taken on our roads.
His route takes him from Land’s End, over to New Scotland Yard in London, to the National Memorial Arboretum and up into Scotland.
Cyclists are welcome to support Rodney along the way. If you’d like to ride with him or see him off on the start of one of the legs of his journey, please get in touch on info@roadpeace.org
Inspector Kenny said ‘Roadpeace is a superb charity that supports the victims and families and I’m asking you to show that you care too. Each day 5 people lose their lives and 60 receive life-changing injuries and I’m taking on the challenge of cycling from Land’s End to John O’ Groats via London, beginning on 8th September.’
