We’re excited to announce that Forensic Collision Investigation and Reconstruction (FCIR) has been confirmed as our principal sponsor of the RoadPeace Challenge 2023.
FCIR specialises in the investigation of road traffic collisions, offering a range of expert solutions including collision reconstruction, vehicle examinations and expert witnesses.
Mark Crouch, Head of Investigations at FCIR and former Metropolitan Police Forensic Collision Investigator, said: “FCIR are proud to be the Principal Sponsors for the RoadPeace Challenge 2023.
“The support of those affected by road traffic collisions is close to our heart, having experienced first-hand the life-changing events that road traffic collisions can cause.
“Sadly, as forensic scientists, our work revolves around the analysis of these tragic events, but supporting RoadPeace at this event allows us to contribute to their excellent work in their quest for making our roads safer for all.”
The RoadPeace Challenge will take place from May 15-21, 2023 and already has the support of many police forces, the fire service, NHS, surgeons, NPCC, NFCC and many bereaved family members. It will raise vital funds for RoadPeace, the national charity for road crash victims, and awareness of the suffering caused by road crashes every day.
The mission of the campaign is:
“To bring together all police forces, PCCs, the fire service, ambulance crews, NHS, doctors, nurses and other professionals who witness the daily devastation caused by road crashes in the UK, along with victims and bereaved families – to make a united stand against road harm to support Vision Zero.”
Our sponsorship opportunities will give companies, large and small, a chance to publicly demonstrate their commitment to reducing road death and injury.
Sara Dowling, Deputy CEO and Director of Operations at RoadPeace, said: ” We are delighted to have FCIR on board as our principal sponsor of the RoadPeace Challenge 2023. Mark and the team clearly understand the horror and suffering caused to so many people as a result of avoidable and preventable road crashes.
“We are grateful to FCIR for joining us in this important campaign and for proactively standing up for road crash victims and the urgent need to reduce road harm.”
