1:00 PM – 2:00 PM — Picnic Gathering/Meeting Point at Nelson Monument, Castle Green, Hereford

2:30 PM – 3:00 PM — Vigilant Memorial Service

3:00 PM – 3:30 PM — Light Refreshments

3:30 PM – 5:00 PM — Outreach Activity & Community Connection with Emergency Services
