To support RoadPeace’s 25th anniversary, RoadPeace is asking supporters to ‘donate’ 25 hours of their time to volunteer with RoadPeace.
Why volunteer for RoadPeace:
- Gain valuable work experience in an NGO with a strong profile
- Improve your skills
- Help support road crash victims and work towards safer streets for all
To support RoadPeace’s 25th anniversary, RoadPeace is asking supporters to ‘donate’ 25 hours of their time to volunteer with RoadPeace. This could be in our London office or elsewhere.
There are lots of different ways to get involved, to suit all skills, experience and availability.
‘As well as learning valuable new skills, I have really enjoyed talking to and supporting the many members who take part in inspiring challenges to raise funds for RoadPeace. Highlights so far have included attending an event training day for the Royal Parks Half Marathon and helping out at the Team Townend Pushbike Challenge. If you can spare 25 hours, get involved!’
Community fundraising volunteers
We are currently recruiting for a new volunteer to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in a small but impactful charity and help road crash victims and their family and friends. We are seeking an organised and compassionate individual with excellent interpersonal skills to support our community fundraisers, working closely with our Fundraising and Membership Manager, at our head office in London. Responsibilities include responding to queries from current and potential community fundraisers and supporting them in their fundraising journey with RoadPeace.
